Class Description

We are expending! The Turkish Delight Dancer is now in Essex! Our new classes are starting on the 19th March at 12 pm in Brentwood Leisure Centre! We have limited places available in the studio, and early boking is essential. Book and Pay Here (Only for Brentwood Classes)

There are many health benefits of belly dancing; low/high impact workout, the graceful movements of belly dance strengthen and tone the entire body, particularly the core muscles of the abdomenand back. Belly dancers develop balance, flexibility, suppleness and improved cordination, leading to better posture. We do all of this with gentle, natural movements which are safe for for joints. Belly dance is for all ages, shapes, ages and fitness levels...

We offer classes for all levels in North Finchley Artsdepot.

Our instructors are specially chosen dancers with many years of experience, who have been through Rakkase Belly Dance Company "intensive instructor training" courses. 

Enroll now to "Get in Shape for Easter " classes in  North Finchley Artsdepot and Brentwood Leisure Centre! Starting in March 2011!

Beginners learn basic stretches, isolation exercises, proper posture as well as basic belly dancing movements to tone-up thighs, tums and bums. We teach the techniques that will give you a strong torso and swinging hips. Belly dancing is also a great way to naturally regain body shape and muscle tone after childbirth. We have high energy classes filled with beautiful movements and choreography, with a clear explanation of each technique and plenty of personal attention. It will bring out the sensual woman in you, help you to beat stress, get in shape and have lots of fun! Our instructors are Aylin Webb, Cristobel Adams and Caroline Lewis. Clases are starting 19 January 2011@7 pm at North Finchley. All our teachers are certified.

North Finchley Artsdepot - Further details  Classes staring 19th January 2011in Artsdepot. Get in shape for Christmas!  Beginners: Wednesdays at 8 pm with Cristobel Adams. Improvers: Wednesdays at 7 pm with Cristobel Adams. We require at least 12 months of experience for this class)   Please call Artsdepot Box office on 020 8369 5454 to book these classes. Classes are instructed by Aylin Webb, Caroline Klein and Cristobel Adams.

Just wanted to say thanks so much, your class really taught me to be more comfortable with my body, and I learned some amazing moves!!! Hi Aylin just a few words to tell you how much I enjoyed last night at Ishtar. Actually I enjoyed it more than last time, I had much more fun, the belly dancer was great (and the food was better too!!!). Many thanks to you for arranging it all. The ladies from the advanced class on Wednesday and Southgate are great, and I loved their choreography. May I just take this opportunity to thank you again for the class on Saturday. I must admit it was a little more tricky than I had previously thought, the figure of eight is not what I've been used to doing...I plan to master it though!
